Exchanges/Returns

For ready made dresses (not custom made): if you decide that the dress you purchased is not your dream dress I can offer you an exchange (if there is a dress in your size in stock) or a refund if you notify me by email within 14 days (starting from the date the dress arrives).

The dresses and garments are thoroughly checked throughout the construction process for faults and I check the fit of the dress/garment on the mannequin once or twice (depending on the design) before making the final garment to ensure it fits perfectly. If you do find a fault when it arrives that was not already declared before you purchased it, I can also offer you a discount or refund. This will be processed through PayPal.

I highly recommend trying on the dress or garment the same day that it arrives. The dress or garment must be unworn, tags attached and returned in the same zip up garment bag (if it is a ball dress). I will also need to see proof of payment via email.

I do not offer refunds for custom made dresses or garments unless you find faults that were not already declared before the final payment is made. If you decide that you do not want a custom dress or garment made after you pay your initial deposit: I unfortunately cannot refund that deposit as I use it to cover the initial fabric, materials and patternmaking costs.
